• The Idle Ironman challenge covers the distance of an Ironman triathlon over 31 days
  (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile run).
• Earn a t-shirt upon completion and an entry into a drawing for 1 of 3 prizes.
• Weekly participant progress updates will be tallied on Mondays at 9:00 AM in the facility.
• Participants are responsible for logging their own distances on the tracking board in the fitness center. Remember that honesty is a YMCA core value!
• Any indoor or outdoor activities count toward totals.

Get active with a team of friends playing adult coed basketball. Register as an individual or team (10 max). Teams will play a 6 game season plus playoffs. Each team must have at least one person of the opposite gender on the roster and accounted for at each game.

Our swim stroke clinics are designed to help adults who are already efficient lap swimmers enhance their swimming skills through drills and workouts designed to make them even more efficient in the water. These clinics are perfect for adults involved in Masters Swimming, triathletes, or lap swimmers looking to become more efficient in the water. Clinics will focus on several areas including: skill development, strength and endurance building, proper body positioning, breathing technique, starts and turns.

This year’s camp is from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm with scheduled activities from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Students enrolled in Norman Public Schools kindergarten and up & current Pre-K-Plus students.

Spring Break Activities Include:

• Friday, March 10 - Movie
• Friday, March 17 - Incredible Pizza
   (Daily rate includes $5 game card and pizza lunch.)

Daily Rates:

Children not currently enrolled in Prime-time or Pre-K-Plus must also pay a $30 registration fee per child due at sign up.
