Fitness Your Way
Register: February 6 - 27
Who: Anyone looking for more accountability in their fitness routine.
Cost: $60 for 6 week program or $100 for 12 week program
Our staff will meet with you to discuss your fitness and healthy living goals. With that information, we will design a custom workout plan just for you. Then, over the next 6 or 12 weeks (you choose) you will keep your coach up to date on your progress. Submit weekly reports in order to stay accountable. At the end of your program you will have a final meeting with your coach to review the progress you've made.
