This Youth Strength & Conditioning Class is perfect for kids 8-12 who want to get in shape while having FUN! Power Blast consists of drills and games that work towards improving speed and agility, strength building through the use of bands, dumbbells and stations that focus on body weight exercises like push-ups and squats.
