Personal Training

We know how difficult it can be to find balance in life. That’s why we’re here with you every day, making sure that you and your family have the resources and support needed to learn, grow and thrive. A Personal Trainer will create a new program just for you, teach you new exercises, help you reach your healthy lifestyle goals, give you motivation, keep you accountable and be your advocate. Regular exercise will lower your blood pressure, relieve stress and anxiety, increase your energy level, boost your immune system, maintain and increase bone density, speed up your metabolism and help improve your sleep.

$18 – One half-hour session
$65 – Four, half-hour sessions

$35 – One, one-hour session
$120 – Four, one-hour sessions


Aquatic Personal Training

This program provides guidance and direction in an aquatic environment. Trainers work with you to develop a program especially for your fitness needs, walk you through each exercise, keep you in touch with the latest research in aquatic exercise, and help give you the confidence you need to get started!

$18 – half-hour session; $65 – four, half-hour sessions

 – one-hour session; $120 – four, one-hour sessions

Buddy Up

Working out with a buddy is just more fun. Sign up for "buddy training" and our trainers will design a plan for you to work out as a pair in a way that still meets each of your individual needs.

$27 – half-hour session; $95 – four, half-hour sessions
