Brooks is a Former All-Conference High School and College Football Offensive Lineman and YMCA Fitness Instructor for over 25 years.
Anyone wanting serious results in weight loss with toning and is ready to work for it.

5:30 AM - 6:15 AM
Session 1: September 10 - October 3 // (2 days per wk. for 4 wks.)
Session 2: October 15 - November 7 // (2 days per wk. for 4 wks.)
Session 3: December 3 - December 19 // (2 days per wk. for 3 wks.)
