YOUTH WEIGHT TRAINING
Our Youth Weight Training program teaches teens how to properly use stability/medicine balls, weights and cardio equipment in our fitness center. Instructors will also discuss health and fitness topics while providing a fun experience for all!
Learn how to safely interact with kids while you babysit. Have fun, be safe and learn valuable babysitting skills. Become CPR & First Aid certified in our Babysitters Club classes.
