Holiday Flea Market & Craft Fair

All proceeds from this event will benefit our Scholarship Fund.

VENDOR REGISTRATION

• Standard registration fee is $50 and includes a 2.5’x6’ table and 2 chairs.

• Set-up begins at 7:00 AM.

• If you cancel prior to November 9, we will collect 50% of the booth rent.

• If you cancel after November 9, the total deposit will be forfeited.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BY DECEMBER 2. YOU CAN REGISTER BELOW OR AT THE MEMBER INFORMATION CENTER.
