Please join us as we kick off Diabetes Awareness Month Thursday, November 2 with our 2023 Diabetes Health Fair from 5:30-7:30 pm. The Diabetes Health Fair is a community-wide event and open to anyone who may be affected by diabetes or those interested in preventing or reducing their diabetes risk. The Diabetes Health Fair will feature the newest technologies in diabetes products, vendor booths, door prizes, and much more. This free community event is sponsored by Cornerstone Nutrition & Diabetes and the Cleveland County YMCA.
