Cycle Together and Strength Train Together are Healthy Living Programs of the YMCA and both are included with your Norman Y Membership! In order to celebrate our new Cycle Together and Strength Train Together class schedule, we are having a launch party on October 5!

SIGN-UP

Everyone in the community is welcome to this event! There are a limited number of spots available. Sign-up begins September 30. Members can sign-up at the Member Information Center. Non-members can email the Cycle Together & Strength Train Together Coordinator at dodge@ymcanorman.org or go to ymcanorman.org/together to sign-up online.

EVENT SCHEDULE

The Launch Party starts at 8:00 AM and ends at 11:00 AM with the following Schedule:

8:00 AM - Cycle Together

9:15 AM - Cycle Together & Strength Train Together

10:30 Cycle (30) Together

INCENTIVES

We have prizes and gift cards to to give away for participating. If you sign up to become a YMCA member the same day as this event, we will waive your join fee!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CYCLE TOGETHER

Cycle Together is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. You’ll feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of authentic interval training.

CYCLE 30 TOGETHER

Cycle 30 Together will get you fit and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It’s a cardio workout with inspiring music and motivating coaching. You will burn calories, improve muscular endurance and build cardio fitness.

STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER

Strength Train Together maximizes your workout results with 60 minutes of impactful strength training. You’ll get stronger while improving movement when you combine traditional strength training with functional exercises.
