Cycle Together and Strength Train Together are Healthy Living Programs of the YMCA and both are included with a Norman Y Membership. Not a Norman Y Member ? Try a FREE Cycle Together or Strength Train Together class during the month of October. If you sign-up to be a YMCA member the same day as your free class, we will waive your join fee!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CYCLE TOGETHER

Cycle Together is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. You’ll feel the thrill of

energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of authentic interval training.

CYCLE 30 TOGETHER

Cycle 30 Together will get you fit and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It’s a cardio workout with inspiring music and motivating coaching. You will burn calories, improve muscular endurance and build cardio fitness.

STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER

Strength Train Together maximizes your workout results with 60 minutes of impactful strength training. You’ll get stronger while improving movement when you combine traditional strength training with functional exercises.
