MOSSA GROUP POWER

Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, The STEP®, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching. MOSSA GROUP RIDE

Group Ride® is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors that will get you heart, lung, and leg strong. Inspiring music sets the pace and creates the terrain as you roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish! RIDE ON!

MOSSA R30

R30® is a cycling workout that will improve your cardio fitness and muscular endurance in only 30 minutes. Inspiring music and motivating coaching set the pace for a workout that will leave you feeling sweaty and energized. EVERYONE FINISHES FIRST!

AB ATTACK

Come ready to work and tone up that mid-section with this power-packed 20 minute core class! Its focus is on strengthening the abdominals and the lower back through a variety of exercises.

BODY SCULPTING

Get the most out of each rep! Resistance strengthening exercises to help redefine your muscles using weights, balls, body bar, bands and more. See the results! Great for all fitness levels.

CARDIO MIX

Get an energizing cardiovascular workout and chisel (sculpt) your body with a variety of equipment.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. It typically targets those with physical disabilities or aging men and women who find a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.

CYCLE

Cycle classes are designed to add a great cardiovascular challenge to your weekly workout. Indoor cycling naturally challenges the body's core because of the demand for different positions. This class is great for people of all fitness levels, however the Monday/Wednesday 5:30 pm classes are advanced level classes. Youth ages 12 to 14 are allowed to participate in cycling classes if accompanied by a parent and are fully participating in the class.

DANCE FITNESS

Get your cardio while dancing to a variety of music such as pop, Broadway & hip hop.

FITNESS YOGA

Experience yoga through a fitness approach. Focus on balance, strength, power and grace all while minimizing stress.

HATHA YOGA

Traditional yoga that focuses on development of flexibility, strength and stamina.

PILATES

Exercises and breathing techniques will be used to achieve the ultimate mind-body connection. Stability and core training using the Pilates principles for strength training and flexibility. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

POP PILATES

A combination of total body pilates with choreographed movement & energy of music that results in an intense workout that is fun and effective. You will develop a rock solid core while leaving no muscle un touched.

STUDIO OPTIMIZE

Unlock your body’s potential and start getting the most out of life with Studio Optimize. Whether your goal is to retain functionality as you age, or regain confidence after an injury, or start exercising safely and regularly, this program offers community and movements that develop functional strength, cardiovascular endurance, confidence and flow. These workouts reprogram your body by optimizing motion so you can look and feel your best now and far into the future.

TRX

TRX is a suspension training class in which body weight exercises are used in a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements. Come develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability during our TRX classes.

ZUMBA

No dance experience is needed for this Latin dance based fitness class! It’s fun and easy. Wear comfortable and supportive athletic shoes and get ready to sweat.
