Designed to enhance the overall health of an individual by naturally restoring one’s ability to perform. It reduces stress, tension, and muscle soreness by improving circulation. Massage therapists at the Y are well-trained, certified professionals who have received instruction in basic anatomy, physiology, and massage. Appointments should be made in advance at the front desk. Gift certificates are available but non-transferable to others. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations.
