Aquatic Personal Training
This program provides guidance and direction in an aquatic environment. Trainers work with you to develop a program especially for your fitness needs, walk you through each exercise, keep you in touch with the latest research in aquatic exercise, and help give you the confidence you need to get started!

$35 – one-hour session; $120 – four, one-hour sessions
Working out with a buddy is just more fun. Sign up for "buddy training" and our trainers will design a plan for you to work out as a pair in a way that still meets each of your individual needs.
