SCHOOL'S OUT CAMP

WHO

Any student enrolled in K - 5th grade at Norman Public Schools.

WHEN

7:00 AM to 6:00 PM when children are scheduled off of school.

COST

Norman Y Members: $45 per day/per child

All Others: $55 per day/per child

Supply Kits: $50 (one-time fee)

Each child needs their own supply kit. We are responsible for keeping them organized. Each kit includes: markers, crayons, pencils, glue, scissors, and a pencil case.

HOW TO REGISTER

Email the following materials to our Director of Program and Member Services, Megann Perez at perez@ymcanorman.org

  • School's Out Camp registration packet

  • Supply kit fee

  • Full payment

You can download, print, and fill out the School’s Out Camp registration materials below.

School’s Out Camp Notes:

  • A $5 fee is assessed if you are late picking up your child, plus $1 for every minute after the pickup deadline of 6:00 pm.

  • You will receive a discount of $5 per week for a secondary children.

  • Late registration is available through the Friday prior to the week of attendance, however a $10 late charge will be assessed.

  • If minimum registration numbers are not met 5 business days prior to the beginning date of School’s Out Camp, you will be notified of its cancellation and a full refund or credit will be issued.
