VOLUNTEER COACHING
Because we focus on development, we rely on parents to volunteer to Coach. Each team needs a volunteer parent or guardian to step up and coach the players. If you enjoy being a leader and teaching children the fundamentals of good sportsmanship, then you would make a perfect Volunteer Coach!
GETTING STARTED
If you are interested in becoming a Volunteer Coach for a youth sports team, you will need to fill out our volunteer paperwork and background check form. You can download a fillable PDF version of the paperwork below. When you are finished, email it to our Athletic Coordinator - Faisal Madni at madni@ymcanorman.org
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
It is the policy of the YMCA that no person be denied membership or program participation due to the inability to pay. Funds for financial assistance are provided through the YMCA’s Annual Support Campaign and the Scholarship Program.
