The Studio 7 training system provides pre-written content. This enables your coach to focus on creating a great experience, rather than focusing on program design. This gives coaches the freedom to focus on your individual fitness needs & goals. A successful coach is more than just a personal trainer, they are leaders who inspire you to achieve your goals. Human interaction and sense of community is at the core of Studio 7 and Evolved programming.
