PRECOR STUDIO 7™ SMALL GROUP TRAINING SYSTEM

You will never experience the same workout twice! Precor Studio 7™ offers multiple group training experiences within the same environment. You can follow a single program each week, or mix and match workouts for more variety. These workouts are crafted for each individual. Your training station (everyone gets their own training station!) is equipped with your own selection of equipment, so you can work at your own pace within a team atmosphere.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING FOR TEEN ATHLETES

TAKE YOUR PERFORMANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL!

Starting September 9, we will be offering strategic, high intensity interval training sessions (HIIT sessions) designed in functional movement to build strength and decrease risk of injury. Sessions are coached by youth-qualified trainers that will encourage and motivate you to compete among your peers. Call (405) 364-9622 Ext. 166 to reserve your team!


PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Personal Training Sessions consist of one trainer and one participant only. Personal Training sessions are only offered to current Norman Y Members and current Evolved participants. BUDDY TRAINING SESSIONS

Buddy Training sessions consist of one trainer and two to four participants per session. Buddy Training sessions are only offered to current Norman Y Members and current Evolved participants. SPECIAL GROUP/TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS

Special Group/Team Training Sessions are open and available to anyone who is interested in signing up. If you have a group or team that consists of 4-16 people, you can purchase Special Group/Team sessions.
