You will never experience the same workout twice!

Studio 7 offers multiple group training experiences within the same environment. You can follow a single program each week, or mix and match workouts for more variety. Our workouts are crafted for each individual. During the workouts, your training station is equipped with your own selection of equipment, so you can work at your own pace within a team atmosphere.

Make this your most productive hour of the day! Studio Ignite workouts are fast-paced HIIT sessions that combine self-powered cardio intervals with innovative functional movements. Each day we focus on different areas of the body and every week we switch up the workout format.
