YOUTH WEIGHT TRAINING
Our Youth Weight Training program teaches teens how to properly use stability/medicine balls, weights and cardio equipment in our fitness center. Instructors will also discuss health and fitness topics while providing a fun experience for all!
When you graduate from youth weight training, you can use the fitness center!
*Members who’ve previously completed the Youth Weight Training program will need to check in and out at the fitness center desk by initialing the weight training book.
