YOUTH WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATION
Our Youth Weight Room Orientation is two sessions, each one hour long. The first session teaches teens about safety and rules for the fitness center and cardio equipment. During the second session, they will learn how to safely use the machines. Instructors will also discuss health and fitness topics while providing a fun experience for all!
When you graduate from Youth Weight Room Orientation, you can use the fitness center and all equipment!
*Members who have previously completed the Youth Weight Room Orientation will need to check in and out at the fitness center desk by initialing the weight training book.
